How do I book?
Please complete the request form on the click to book page and we will follow up with availability.
Once your request has been confirmed available you will then receive an invoice with requirement of 50% deposit to reserve the date of the event. The remaining balance is due one (2) week before event.
How long are rentals?
The minimum rental package is 4 hours, however a full day (8 hour) rental is also available if schedule permits. Just let us know your preference when you book your party. We will be there to set up your party package before your actual time slot begins. And we will pack up the party package after your time slot ends. This insures that you have the full time to enjoy your party package with your children.
Can we have our party outside?
Yes, however if the temperature is more than 85 degrees a tent will be required. You may rent one at an additional charge. It is the parent's responsibility to clear the area of sticks, stones, and debris prior to the party.
Do we need an electrical outlet?
If your party package includes the bounce house, it needs to be set up within 25 feet of an electrical outlet (the appropriate extension cord will be provided). The soft play-scapes do not require power.
What if it rains?
The Soft Play Equipment will not be set up outdoors if the weather is forecast to rain or have strong winds, as it will become slippery and unsafe. We will only offer a credit for a future party if the weather turns bad on the day of the event and no alternative indoor location has been arranged.
What are the rules for soft play area?
No face paint, markers, crayons, paint or other colored objects allowed on the soft play equipment.
-No food, drinks, candy, or chewing gum allowed on the soft play equipment.
-No shoes are to be worn on the soft play equipment. Socks or barefoot only. The equipment is used by young children. We kindly ask that shoes stay off the play area. No heels!
-Soft play equipment must not be moved once set up.
How often do you clean your equipment?
Our equipment (including our ball pit balls) is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, using products to kill 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs.
Delivery fee
We base mileage fees on the suggested routes of MapQuest.com. Delivery is included up to 10 miles from our office (33880).
